Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha comes from a shrub plant that grows in Africa, India, and the Middle East and is traditionally used for anti-inflammatory medicine. Metaphysically, it’s used for healing, youthfulness, longevity, and passion. Ashwagandha can be used simmer pots, loose incense, spell jars, and other herbal workings.

*while my herbs are all high quality, not all are safe for consumption. I encourage everyone to do your research and consult with a doctor before consuming any unregulated herbal products.
*all herbs are packaged to either weigh 0.5 ounces or, if it’s too light, as much as I can stuff in a 2x3 baggie
