For those of us who have trouble with getting good sleep and bad dreams, sometimes having a thing you can do before bed to help feel rested. Adding a dream weaver simmer pot into your nighttime routine is a great way to get your brain prepped for sleeping. Place herbs in pot of water and simmer on low heat at the end of the day. Combine with calming bedtime routine for good sleep and chill dreams. Add water as needed as water boils away. Mix can be re-dried and used up to three times.
