Nettle (Stinging Nettle)

There are several different types of nettle plants that grow in all different environments and locations. Some plants can carry toxins and others have nutrients like vitamin K that can reduce fever and inflammation. Nettle is also called stinging nettle and metaphysically be used for protection (sharp leaves are always good for protection), spell breaking, and as an aphrodisiac (oOoOh). It can be used in simmer pots, loose incense, spell jars, and other herbal workings.
