Thyme

Thyme is an herb that I can unequivocally tell you is totally safe to eat and I encourage you to use it in the kitchen! Health wise, since you can eat it, it’s good for anti inflammatory cooking and has good antioxidants. Thyme in magic use is great for dream work, sleeping well, psychic ability enhancement, purification, and love workings. It can be used in simmer pots, loose incense, spell jars, and other herbal workings.
